Straightforward rules. Same-day on most products. Sod needs a little lead time.

SAME-DAY DELIVERY

Same-day delivery is available on bagged products and aggregates (mulch, rock and gravel, soil and compost, hardscape, accessories) when:

• The product is shown as in stock at order time.
• You place the order by 10:00 AM local time.
• Your delivery address is inside our service area (below).

Orders placed after 10 AM are scheduled for the next business day. Our delivery hours run Monday–Friday, 6 AM to 5 PM, and Saturdays when staffed.

SOD

Sod is cut fresh from our partner farms in the morning of delivery. Because sod is perishable, we need 24–48 hours notice for any sod delivery to coordinate the farm cut and routing.

Same-day sod pickup is available at our yard intake when sod is in stock. Same-day sod delivery is not something we can promise without rolling out a half-cut pallet that will fail at install — so we don't.

SPECIAL-ORDER & QUOTE-ONLY ITEMS

Items marked "phone quote required" or shipped from a partner quarry, sod farm, or supplier are quoted with their own lead time at the time of order. Special-order deposits may be required and are non-refundable once we've placed the order with the supplier.

SERVICE AREA

We deliver across south Dallas-Fort Worth: south Tarrant County, north Johnson County, parts of Ellis County and western Dallas County. Use the delivery checker on the homepage to confirm your ZIP code and see the fee band.

Deliveries outside the standard radius may be available by phone quote; call us at 817·765·1655.

DELIVERY FEES

Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on the destination ZIP and order size. Fees are shown in full before you confirm — no surprise charges.

SITE ACCESS

You're responsible for making sure our truck can safely reach the dump location. That means:

• An adult is on-site or has clearly marked the dump location.
• The route is clear of low branches, soft ground, and parked vehicles.
• We are not responsible for damage to private driveways, lawns, or underground utilities (sprinkler lines, dog fences, septic covers) when dumping at a customer-specified location. If you're unsure, mark the area and we'll dump curbside instead.
• HOA / gate / time-restricted deliveries: flag at checkout in the special instructions field.

FAILED DELIVERY

If we arrive and cannot deliver safely — the route is blocked, no one is on-site for sign-off when required, or the dump location is inaccessible — we will reschedule for the next available window. A re-delivery fee may apply.

RISK OF LOSS

Risk of loss and title pass to you on delivery to your specified address.
